Summary
At Parkview’s Graduate Medical Education (GME) Clinic, you'll play a unique role in supporting resident physicians as they complete the final stages of training and prepare for independent practice. As an RN, you'll work alongside residents across a variety of specialties, helping guide patient care while serving as an important clinical resource within the practice. This role offers a rewarding blend of patient care, collaboration, and mentorship. You'll develop an understanding of resident schedules and rotations, helping manage clinical workflows, assisting in task delegation in collaboration with residents and support staff, and ensure patients receive timely care. If you enjoy teaching, problem solving, and partnering with emerging physicians as they refine their clinical skills, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both patient outcomes and the next generation of healthcare providers.
Education
Must be a graduate of a School of Nursing. Must complete hospital General Orientation, Patient Care Orientation and PPG office specific orientation as provided and required.
Licensure/Certification
Must have current state Registered Nurse license. Must have current CPR certification.

Experience
Must have sufficient previous clinical experience (during training) in area of assignment. Additional experience required depending on area of practice.
Other Qualifications
Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds. Lifting requirements may be heavier for specified departments.
