As a key member of our ICU/CCU leadership team, you’ll work alongside the Nurse Manager to ensure smooth operations, clinical excellence, and a culture of collaboration and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Critical Care Unit (ICU/CCU) with efficiency and heart

• Deliver hands-on, high-quality patient care as needed

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff—be the leader others look up to

• Oversee scheduling, evaluations, and team dynamics

• Maintain top-tier compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

• Manage audits, inventory, training coordination, and more

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

• Drive quality improvement initiatives with purpose and passion

• Lead by example in professionalism, accountability, and clinical expertise

Additional Job Description

Required Education, Licensure, Certifications:

• Current RN license in South Carolina or a compact state
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 3 years of recent ICU/critical care nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification with the American Heart Association
