Hello! I took the PN-NCLEX June 8, 2021 and am now searching for a part-time or PRN LPN position to gain nursing experience as I finish school. I am a nursing student at FVTC in Appleton. I will graduate spring of 2022 with an associate degree.
● Clean and sterile-assist for procedures
● Administered vaccines and medications
● Provided patient education for wound care, surgery prep, well-child, and ill-child care
● Worked in family practice, urgent care, COVID-19 clinic hub, phlebotomy, general surgery, and pediatrics
● Clean and sterile-assist for procedures and minor surgeries
● Anesthetized sites prior to biopsies
● Initiated prior authorizations
Worked with rehab patients following hospitalizations for things like hip and knee replacement surgeries, and cared for elders in the long-term nursing facilities on site.
