Department Operating Room Job Summary The Multi-Skilled Technician is an experienced, healthcare worker who provides both patient care and administrative support. The MSTs in the OR have all of the responsibilities of the OR Tech, like turning over rooms, holding for prep, stocking supplies and setting up equipment. Job duties also include: **Patient Transport:** Assist in the safe and efficient movement of patients between departments, ensuring comfort and documentation. **ICU/Inpatient Bed Retrieval:** Manage and deliver ICU and inpatient beds as needed, following safety protocols. **Oncology Case Cart Delivery:** Ensure accurate and timely delivery of oncology case carts with necessary supplies. **Specimen/Culture Transportation:** Collect and transport specimens and cultures, maintaining sample integrity. **Supply Pickup:** Retrieve and distribute medical supplies from central storage to various departments....
