This is an outpatient program providing Level 2, 3/4 phases of rehabilitation. III. QUALIFICATIONS A. Education: Graduate of an accredited Associate or Bachelor degree program in nursing. B. Experience: 3-5 years experience in nursing, including 2 years in a cardiac specialty service. C. Other Experience: 1.
