The service will initially focus on Cardiology inpatients, with an anticipated expansion to Hospital Medicine, other inpatient populations, and, ultimately, into ambulatory settings. The incumbent APP will work closely with the Health System's Director for Advanced Care Planning on programmatic development and growth, affiliated physician staff, and divisional APP leadership related to operational role development.
