Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)-Centralized Script Refill

The LPN or Certified Medical Assistant is a Float is responsible for providing individualized goal directed nursing processed based care/services for patients in the Putnam Medical Group.

Requirements: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required. Prior clinical nursing experience preferred. Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State LPN license or Certified Medical Assistant by date of employment required. Health Care Provider BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Range for Medical Assistant is $20.00-$23.00

Range for LPN is $23.00-$30.00
