Responsibilities
As Manager of CRMC Perioperative Services, you’ll develop a top performing team and inspire them toward achieving defined results. Recognizing the contributions of those who go above and beyond energizes you. You identify as an agent of change, committed to helping drive improvement outcomes and standing by decisions in the interest of Community; the popular and the unpopular. Qualifications
Education
• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR other healthcare related Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience
• Demonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability required
• 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required
• Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required
Licenses and Certifications
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
