As a Registered Nurse at Regent at Burnsville, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will be conducting assessments per Assisted Living regulations, coordinating care with physicians and other care providers, and developing and updating care plans in partnership with residents and families. Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week), benefits eligible position

Shifts Available: Monday - Friday, hours could be 10:00am to 6:30pm or 11am to 7:30pm or similar (can be flexible). No weekends!!

Wage Range: $40 - $45 /hour depending on experience

Nurse Responsibilities:

  • Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
  • Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
  • Conduct assessments per Assisted Living regulations
  • Coordinate care with physicians and other care providers, and developing and updating care plans in partnership with residents and families
  • Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
  • Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
  • Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
Nurse Qualifications:
  • MUST have 1 year of Assisted Living experience as a Nurse.
  • Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have current MN Nursing license.
  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
