The Main OR team performs nearly 60,000 procedures each year, supporting everything from highly specialized elective surgeries to urgent, life‑saving interventions. • Perform nursing duties within the Main Operating Room, supporting patients and surgical teams throughout the perioperative experience 

• Scrub and/or circulate as part of a highly skilled interdisciplinary team 

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, technologists, and support staff to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care 

• Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice, patient safety, and professional accountability 

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development within a complex surgical environment

• A structured OR onboarding pathway using AORN’s Periop 101 curriculum 

• We welcome applications from Operating Room RNs with both scrub and circulating experience, as this background is strongly preferred. For candidates who do not yet have this experience, completion of our Periop 101 training program will be required. The course is offered 34 times per year with limited enrollment, so we encourage interested applicants to take this into consideration when applying.

Compensation & Benefits Highlights 

Starting base rate: $41.50 hourly 

Individual compensation is determined by qualifications, previous work experience, and education.
