Job Overview: Trinitas Regional Medical Center, an RWJBH facility is searching for a Director for Psychiatric Services with supportive and empowering leadership qualities. The candidate should share in the mission, vision and values of the RWJBH family. Responsible for all nursing services throughout the Behavioral Health department including 110 inpatient beds (40 child, 27 adult involuntary, 21 adult voluntary and 22 bed IDD/MI specialized units); as well as outpatient nursing programs and psychiatric emergency screening service.  Participates in department and hospital wide Patient Safety and Quality committees.   Qualifications: Required: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive nursing leadership in a Behavioral Health setting Masters of Nursing   Certifications and Licenses Required: NJ RN License BLS from the American Heart Association   Scheduling Requirements: Full Time, Monday - Friday Day Shift, 8:30am-4:30pm 37.5 hours per week   Essential Functions: The Administrative Director: Provides leadership to the department and staff of the inpatient units, ambulatory care and PESS Develops and implements strategies to maintain quality levels of service and physician / employee / customer satisfaction Maintains fiscal health, improves market share and regulatory compliance Insure that [unit/department/division] is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations   Benefits and Perks: At RWJBarnabas Health, our market-competitive Total Rewards package provides comprehensive benefits and resources to support our employees’ physical, emotional, social, and financial health.
