Leveraging this type of staffing model provides a consistent resource of highly skilled, flexible, and competent nursing associates to move among SRHS facilities support a variety of nursing units.
Position Summary
The Resource Pool Registered Nurse demonstrates thorough knowledge, while providing patient nursing care through clinical assessment, outcomes identification, planning, and implementation in accordance with SRHS policies and procedures. Serves as a patient advocate and resource to all nursing associates. The Resource Pool Registered Nurse performs all job-related responsibilities in a safe manner while collaborating with healthcare team members.
