Education
Masters Degree Nursing (required) And
Program Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program (required)
Licenses and Certifications
BLS - Basic Life Support - AHA - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire or transfer into position (required)
RN - Registered Nurse License - CA-BRN - California Board of Registered Nursing (required)
NP - Nurse Practitioner License - CA-BRN - California Board of Registered Nursing Must successfully complete the credentialing process through the Medical Staff office via CIDP for the appropriate scope of practice, written standardization protocols, and furnishing privelages. (required)
NP-C - Nurse Practitioner National Certification - NCC - National Certification Corporation National certification from an accredited certifying board. within six (6) months of hire or transfer into position (required)
Work Experience
Minimum three (3) years Related experience (required)
