● Able to provide complex care for up to three infants of varying acuity in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, while assessing for status changes, recording on EMR, and utilizing time management.
● Successfully works as part of interdisciplinary team in teaching and care
● Experienced with complex family dynamics, including DCS, illicit drug use in parents, and multi-generational involvement
● Proficient in Epic charting system

● Ability to adapt to new settings and effectively learn new skills
