Assumed palliative care of patients from infant to elderly in outpatient hospice setting. Provided direct care to patients and families. Assured that the needs of the patient and family were met.
Assume care of patients from infant to elderly on Medical-Surgical unit. Provide direct care to patients pre and post operatively. Assure that the needs of the patient and family are met expeditiously.
Assume care of patients in Postpartum/OB/GYN unit. Provide direct patient care to patients pre and post c-section, NSVD, and gynecological surgeries. As float pool staff, I supported the postpartum/ob/gyn unit, as well as the Minor Emergency Care unit and Medical/Surgical units when needed.

Cardiovascular Stepdown unit - assumed care of patients pre and post CABG, cardiac catheterization, telemetry, surgical and medical overflow. Provided direct and indirect care through the application of the nursing process, which includes, assessment, planning, implementing, and discharge needs of the patient and family.
