Description RN Nurse Manager for our GI / PreOp / PACU services at Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, CA. This position is full-time leading our team of clinical staff and is eligible for the Leader Annual Incentive Program (LAIP). The Nurse Manager of a patient care unit or service maintains 24-hour accountability for the clinical leadership of staff. Responsible for overall personnel and fiscal management, clinical standards development, staff development, and the continuous improvement of activities within assigned areas.
