Job Summary:
Develop, designs, implements and delivers training interventions for Roper St. Francis Healthcare employees. Assesses organizational needs, and plans appropriate educational and developmental strategies. Collaborates with internal and external resources to offer creative, current and technologically savvy programs and materials. Participates in system wide projects as appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications :
Education: Graduate of an accredited university with a Masters Degree in Nursing or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in healthcare setting.
Licensure/Certification: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina or holds a current compact/multi-state license as a Registered Nurse in a recognized NCSBN Compact State and is not a permanent resident of SC.
