Description Job Requirements Position Summary Cardiovascular Outpatient RN for Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab: The Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Manager, assesses, develops and implements plan of care given as well as the response measured from the exercise prescription. Additional responsibilities include patient education concerning cardiac and pulmonary risk factor reduction education, activity progression and dietary modification for adults 18 and older.
