Job Description Summary The successful applicant will be an Advanced Practice Provider interested in working full-time in the care of women’s health. The APP will join a busy and thriving Obstetrics and Gynecology Division that includes 28 ObGyn Specialists, 7 Gynecologic Oncologists, 3 Urogynecologists, 11 Maternal Fetal Medicine providers, 11 General OBGYN APPs. The ideal candidate will work in the outpatient clinic as well as either First Assist in the OR or work on L & D a few days per month. UOVUNIUSR0077946EXTERNALENUS The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will provide comprehensive clinical care for both Women’s Program and General Cardiology populations. In the UVA Women’s Heart Program the APP will include Women’s Prevention, SCAD, and Microvascular/ANOCA clinics, as well as general cardiology services such as HTN, HLD, CAD. The APP will deliver evidence-based cardiovascular care tailored to the patient’s needs, serve as a patient advocate, and function as a key member of a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in patient outcomes, education, and compassionate care. Shifts: Monday–Friday, primarily daytime hours; no weekends, holidays or call expected.
