Description Under the general direction of the Practice Manager, Clinical Director, and Lead MD, this role serves as the clinic-level supervisor overseeing all nursing and clinical services. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care in alignment with the standards of the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians, while also managing key administrative functions that support daily operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population under the supervision of designated clinical staff, recognizing both routine and emergency conditions.
Oversee and coordinate clinic operations, including patient flow, staffing adjustments, and adherence to established workflows.
