The Inpatient/Procedural Urology RN will provide specialized nursing care to a variety of adult patients with BPH, urologic cancers, urinary dysfunction, UTI’s, gender reassignment, and many other general urology conditions.   This position is primarily procedural based with duties including the administration of chemotherapy, biotherapy and other agents into the bladder; patient education; urethral and suprapubic catheter changes; assisting providers with sterile procedures such as vasectomies and cystoscopies; triage; and injections. 48739792 Overview Urology Clinic 40 hours per week   The Licensed Practical Nurse – Inpatient/Procedural is responsible for providing safe, high quality care to general care patients as a team member in an assignment supervised by a Registered Nurse. Demonstrates commitment to patient/family engagement and effective communication. Practices consistently with applicable state nursing practice regulations, applicable D-H policies and procedures. The LPN-IP/Prcd may administer intravenous medications upon successful completion of NH Board of Nursing approved training and with specific delegation by a Registered Nurse.
