Job Description Description 5 West is seeking a Clinical Nurse II for Per Diem. 5 West is a 15-bed unit dedicated to caring for abdominal transplant, urology and plastic surgery patients. Our patient care team delivers highly specialized cutting-edge care. Each year, we perform over 125 kidney, pancreas, and liver transplants. Our transplant program is certified by the American Society of Transplant Surgeons and is one of the most accomplished and devoted transplant teams in the region. The Kidney Transplant Team was recently named number one in the United States for one-year survival rates. 5 West strives to improve clinical outcomes through an interprofessional approach of education, research, and clinical medicine.
