Job Summary The Registered Nurse in the Medical and Post-Surgical Units provides direct nursing care to patients through assessment, the creation of individualized plans of care, and implementation, coordination, and delivery of care within the hospital system. Job Responsibilities Creates, and implements, a written plan of care that addresses the specific needs and goals of each individual patient, making referrals to other professional services as required.
