Description
Join Providence Milwaukie Hospital as an Assistant RN Manager and help lead high-quality patient care across multiple clinical areas. Based in Milwaukie, Oregon, this leadership role provides operational and clinical oversight for our 42-bed Medical Surgical Unit, 6-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Float Pool team, and Patient Transport services. Working in partnership with the Nurse Manager, you will support approximately 140 caregivers while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and patient-centered care.
This position offers a flexible Monday through Friday schedule with variable day and evening shift hours. The preferred weekly work schedule will be determined in collaboration with the hiring manager.
