Under the supervision of an RN or LVN, the CNA/Care Partner will provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.

Required Qualifications:
Coursework/Training and Attend 4 hours of Care Partner training offered by St. Joseph Health System – Greater Sonoma County.
Upon hire: California Nursing Assistant Certification License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
