Job Description Summary The LPN is to assist with the responsibility for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. The LPN is responsible for selective activities in directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices under the direction of the RN. The LPN collaborates with the RN and is responsible for overseeing the health and medical care of patients at MUSC Health Marion Medical Center. The primary emphasis of the position is to ensure each patient’s medical, nutritional, and emotional needs are met.
