Description
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of best practice for quality delivery of care and patient safety on the Medical-Surgical Unit. Will possess knowledgeable resource to staff, the ability to lead and communicate appropriately with physicians, other department managers, and staff are essential.
Under general direction, and in accordance with the State of California Nurse Practice Act, and the goals, objectives and strategic plan of the organization, to provide leadership, plan, organize, and supervise personnel; to manage, report on, and provide resources for the Medical-Surgical Unit and to perform related work as required.
