With a patient to nurse ratio of 4/5:1, 4 Tower also cares for trauma patients which include gunshot wounds, motor vehicle accidents and wound management. Staff on this unit are exposed to a wide variety of patient populations with tubes, drains and lines. The staffing is comprised of RNs, PCAs and Unit Ambassadors.
