Review medical record of scheduled patients to verify that current lab, x-ray or procedure reports are available for provider and fill out forms required for appointment. Accurately performs required computer functions including but not limited to medication reconciliation, updating part medical and surgical history problem lists in the EMR, chronic health maintenance, scheduling of appointments including order entry, and management of task lists.
