Job Description Summary The Inpatient Head & Neck Surgical Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) plays a central role in the care of hospitalized patients on the Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery service, with primary assignment to a stepdown unit. This APP provides high acuity inpatient care for patients with head and neck cancer, including postoperative management following complex oncologic resections, microvascular reconstruction, tracheostomy, and enteral access procedures. This position offers the opportunity to practice at the top of licensure within a collaborative academic surgical oncology environment, with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, continuity of inpatient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and education of residents, medical students, nursing staff, and patients.
