Summary: The Education Specialist works as part of a team to strategically and proactively create and facilitate learning to both clinical and non-clinical staff in the organization, including orientation and continuing education courses. The Education Specialist provides training for clinical and technical aspects of jobs at UNC Health Lenoir and coordinates student learning experiences on campus. Responsibilities: Providing services to all staff, volunteers, students, external customers/family members/community members, and outside agencies such as Lenoir Community College and other area colleges and universities; facilitates the ongoing development of all to support UNC Health Lenoir's mission.
