Job Description Summary The successful applicant will be an Advanced Practice Provider interested in working full-time in the care of patients in primary care. This APP will have 9 half-day clinic sessions per week, with a combination of sessions focused on a chronic care panel of patients and sessions focused on Acute patient visits. This position is located in both our University Internal Medicine Patient Centered Medical Home practice in Rutledge Tower on the MUSC campus in downtown Charleston as well as our MUSC Health East Cooper Internal Medicine practice at 1600 Midtown Ave. in Mt.
