By using the SPs the NP is able to provide specialized care across two critical programs: 60% of time supporting patients with Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) in outpatient setting, including same-day visits for urgent care needs, and 40% of time in the Cellular Therapy Survivorship Clinic, caring for post-transplant or CAR-T therapy recipients as a part of a long-term survivorship monitoring and support.
