We also care for a mix of medical–surgical patients, including respiratory, endocrine, GI, trauma, and behavioral health needs. Our team manages chemotherapy, radiation, TPN, tube feedings, and cares for complex head & neck surgical patients with trachs, laryngectomies, and advanced wound needs. We also support patients throughout the palliative and hospice journey. Job Description Summary The Pediatric Hematology/Oncology clinic is a very busy Pediatric Clinic that treats a variety of hematological and oncology patients. We are unique in that we see regular clinic visits as well as perform infusions. Our clinic team consists of RNs, CMA, and administrative assistant who work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality and safety of care for our patients. Each day’s workflow varies depending on the clinic, but includes working as a team that includes: patient triage, in-clinic procedures, administering chemotherapy, blood products, IV antibiotics, patient/parent education, medication administration including vaccines, CVC line care, obtaining EKG, and care coordination. Job Description Summary Our adult cancer care program includes three busy clinics. The Head & Neck Oncology Clinic treats a wide range of head and neck cancers. The Rutledge Tower Non Chemo Infusion Clinic delivers non chemotherapy infusion services to adults. The Maxillofacial Prosthodontics Clinic provides post surgical rehabilitation, including dental implants and prosthetic eyes, ears, and noses, for head and neck cancer patients. Across all three sites, our registered nurses, clinical and dental assistants, dental hygienists, administrative assistants, and prosthetic lab technicians work alongside physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners to deliver safe, high quality care.
