Description
The Nurse Navigator in Infusion serves as a clinical expert coordinating and administering patient care treatment regimens, research components and program outreach for patients diagnosed with cancer. The Navigator will assist patients and their families in managing through the vast array of services and programs offered by the hospital and the community to meet their health and wellness needs. The Nurse Navigator will provide personalized clinical and high touch care, advocating for the integration of whole person health of body, mind, and spirit. The Nurse Navigator will tailor services to the unique wellness needs of the patients served.
