Job Description Description We are seeking a nurse to support an exciting new initiative at Rex Hospital. To better serve our stroke patients, we are developing a grant-funded post-stroke clinic that will provide timely follow-up care and connect patients with social resources essential for optimal health outcomes. This is currently a part-time position (24 hrs/week), contingent on continued grant funding for two years. Upon successful completion of this initiative, the project team's goal is to establish a permanent clinic with ongoing employment opportunities beyond the grant period.
