Description Job Requirements 8 tower is looking for a Weekend Staffing Team Charge nurse to add to their team. This position will work 7:00PM-7:00AM with no on-call shifts and no holidays! We’re seeking an experienced RN to take on a leadership role as Charge Nurse. In this position, you’ll oversee daily operations on your unit, providing guidance and support to the care team while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, managing workflow, and serving as a clinical resource for your peers. Requires a current RN license and a minimum of two years of nursing experience. Strong leadership and critical thinking skills are essential.
