Description The Migraine Clinic seeks a Triage Nurse to assume responsibility in triaging patients for evaluation and treatment of Migraine Headaches. The Triage Nurse will manage patient intake, assist with coordinating care and clinical research, and provide support, treatment, and education for patients seeking care for symptoms. The incumbent will receive referrals from the Patient Call Center, physicians, and self-referrals and triage cases to the appropriate Neurologist based on the primary complaint using clear protocols. Nursing assessment of situation and records is necessary to determine appropriate level of care and requires interpretation of symptoms. Salary Range: $65.76 - $97.96/Hourly Qualifications Required: BSN or MSN required. Valid RN license.
