This position will split time between in-person clinical support at the Specialty Same-Day Care Clinic (SSDC) in Culpeper and the CPG Clinical Float Team, with opportunities for remote work-from-home clinical support as operational needs allow. The role will provide clinical support across Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Pediatric clinics throughout the Culpeper area, including SSDC. SSDC provides acute care visits as well as specialty services including dermatology, allergy, bariatrics, pediatric gastroenterology, pediatric urology, and pediatric nephrology. The Clinical Float Team provides flexible coverage and support to clinics based on staffing and operational needs.
