Under the direction of a Registered Nurse the LPN provides quality nursing care in a clinic or community setting. All duties are to be performed within the Standards and Scope of practice for the LPN. Functions within the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to formulate and evaluate the Participant's Plan of Care (POC).
