Description The Hospice Services team is seeking a full-time Home Hospice RN to provide compassionate support to hospice patients and families Monday-Friday . This role is ideal for an experienced nurse who values autonomy, strong clinical judgment, and meaningful patient connections during some of the most important moments in a patient’s care journey. This nurse will collaborate with other RNs, social workers, and hospice leadership to support patients within our Orange County service area while helping ensure timely, patient-centered care for patients and caregivers. The ideal candidate will have prior hospice, home health, oncology, critical care, med-surg, or strong symptom-management experience.
