Description The Nursing Assistant Trainee is involved in the educational process to learn basic skills in the care of the elders using practices established in this facility by a State approved Nurse Aide Training Program. The Nursing Assistant Trainee at Providence Seward Mountain Haven assists with maintaining a clean environment within the Lodge, transporting elders, assisting with meal preparation and set-up, and providing meaningful activities. This position may serve as elder companion to promote safety in situations where more direct observation is needed.
