R0277073 Job Objective: Acts as a member of the hospital Rapid Response Team (RRT), responding to and assisting withrapid response calls throughout the hospital. May also provide direct care, collaborate with patients, families, peers, physicians and other members of the health care team in the delivery of health care services to the specific patient population. The position assesses patient's needs, evaluates patient care and responds quickly to all rapid response calls including, but not limited to, declining patients in the ICU and throughout the hospital.
