9210 The Lead Patient Care Technician position assists the licensed nursing staff in performing services within the scope of their practice. In addition to assisting with the daily care of patients, the lead will over the lunch breaks for PCT and Sitters. The lead will assist the unit in a multitude of tasks, including, but not limited to, bed moves and room preparation for admissions, communication with the Charge Nurses, and education and oversight of the PCTs.
