Job Description Summary MUSC Health - Florence Medical Center is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our growing practice in Florence, SC. The provider will work in collaboration with a dedicated Anesthesia Care Team comprised of experienced CRNAs, and board-certified Anesthesiologists. This role will focus on a broad mix of cases and will be instrumental in expert treatment of patients seen in the Endoscopy and Surgery Center Departments. Job Description Summary Endoscopy is a procedural department that serves both inpatient and outpatient procedures. We offer a wide variety of GI procedures, both general and therapeutic procedures, as well as motility specialty procedures, supporting adult, and occasional pediatric, patients. Procedures provided by the unit include, but are not limited to: screening colonoscopy, EGD, dilation for strictures, feeding tube placement, ERCP, ESWL, POEM, and EUS. Endoscopy also includes two prep and recovery units, composed of 23 P/R bays. The general and therapeutic RN’s take call, supporting urgent and emergent endoscopy procedures, and have a team of GI Techs that reprocess the endoscopes with a process called High Level Disinfection. We mostly operate Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with the call team supporting the urgent cases outside of normal business hours.
