Assess, plan, organize, supervise, provide and evaluate nursing care utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking. Make nursing judgments and decisions, assume responsibility for nursing care and documentation, and commit to patient safety and experience in accordance with nursing philosophy and Standards of Care and Practice. Initiates and completes patient assessments throughout the continuum of care (admission to discharge); identify physical, social and psychological response of patients and family using interviewing and physical assessment skills.
