The Advanced Endoscopy Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery and coordination of patient care during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to the medical plan of care and nursing standards across all perioperative phases, including Pre-op, Post-op, PACU, and the Operating Room (OR). This role involves directing and supporting other personnel while upholding the highest standards of professional nursing practice. The Advanced Endoscopy Registered Nurse must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide safe, age-appropriate care, incorporating principles of growth and development across the lifespan.
