Job Description Summary MUSC Health - Florence Medical Center is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our growing practice in Florence, SC. The provider will work in collaboration with a dedicated Anesthesia Care Team comprised of experienced CRNAs, and board-certified Anesthesiologists. This role will focus on a broad mix of cases and will be instrumental in expert treatment of patients seen in the Endoscopy and Surgery Center Departments. This position will work a Monday through Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. Ideal candidate will have at least three years of CRNA experience. Job Description Summary The RN in endoscopy prepares the surgical patient for Endoscopy Room readiness. Records and verifies medications, performs patient assessment for surgery, verifies history, starts IV's, administers medications per physician/anesthesia order, receives the patient into post op care after surgical procedure from PACU, attest to wound/surgical site and charts the status, addresses pain management of the post op patient and discharges the patient from facility to home after verbally going over the post op care instructions, return appointment with the caregiver present.
