32266101 Description Summary: Registered Nurse Coordinators are tasked with providing safe and quality treatment to all patients, as well as assisting medical management teams to ensure the safe, effective, and productive treatment of patients at all times. These coordinators serve as team leaders and are responsible for mentoring employees and teaching relevant skills on an as-needed basis, and they also serve as lead managers when no other higher manager is present. Communication skills are important in this position to work well with employees, patients, and families of patients, and they must be willing to work weekends or nights and be on-call on occasion.
