Overview
The Manager, in support and at the direction of the Director of Clinical Services, has 24/7 accountability and is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and clinical operations of the Emergency Department. The manager supervises the work of the nursing staff, to include registered nurses (RNs), paramedics (NRP’s), advanced ER techs (AEMT’s/LPN’s), and health unit coordinators (HUC’s). The manager works to continually promote and sustain a high performing, professional, and efficient department while ensuring continuous quality care, patient and staff safety, and optimal patient access.
